The menu text mixing with the content on scroll is triggering my OCD.
Unfortunately Sketch has priced itself out of the market for me. I love the app and I've designed a large web application in it. But I open it once a month nowadays and I will be staying with my legacy version (51).
The pricing is nuts for someone that doesn't use it every day ($aus sad). And I couldn't care for half the features.
Fine I will be that guy again... The pricing in Australia is just nuts. 600 bucks for the most basic model. They keep raising prices and claiming they have breakthrough prices. Get out.
Blender is great, although a bottomless pit of features YAGNI
I love sketch but they've priced themselves out of my comfort zone...

It’s common practice to use a solid icon to highlight the active button in a tab bar, while the other buttons remain in outline form. But this design practice is backward and should be the other way around.
Users need more recognition speed on options they haven’t discovered yet, not on the one they have already selected it. A solid icon for the active button isn’t necessary. It’s more important for the inactive buttons to get solid icons.
I thought that was interesting.
Remember Delicio.us? :sob:

The UI is the product. Users couldn't care less that you're using PHP or Swift or anything. If the UI isn't great, the product sucks.
