100% this.
All of my copy goes through marketing before it goes to production, so my mistakes never make it through. So this tool is only a nice to have currently.
Along with the point that most text editing tools have the feature makes me just want Figma to bake it in natively.

I posted my first Design article here yesterday! https://www.designernews.co/stories/106688-design-at-zego-planning-for-scale#comment-325680
Would love some feedback on it, as we will be updating our journey on how we are implementing our Design System this year.
Just posted my first design article about the work the Zego design team carried out last year in order to scale our discipline along with our growing company.
Let me know if anyone has any questions.
I did. I told.
Last time I tried to use this website they never sent me the "free" typeface ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Figma approaches component design in a lot more of a modular way, making it a better tool for Design Systems and complex UIs with lots of components.
I still like Sketch more for my personal work, as it's native, has good short cuts and is speedy at things like exporting.
But I'd never want to use Sketch in a team environment again. Even with Figma having crap short cuts (shift+1 is zoom, shift+enter is esc in Sketch), and being a little slower to get things done, the way it handles design tokens, components, auto layout, and component overrides makes Sketch the lesser choice for teams building out components.
