The scary thing about this is that's fairly superficial. Clients that have no clue about what an app actually costs could shove this in developers' faces. Which could be good if the estimate is too high but when it's way too low it might be hard to make the client understand that.

Nice idea though but maybe instead of actual prices you could make it about how much of the price a certain feature makes up and then range it from cheap to really expensive or something.

I think the web is more static than you might think. Especially blogs are great candidates for being static. Thinks like wintersmith and jekyll will take pages written in markdown and turn them into fast, flat html files.

Seems like the web is going from static, to dynamic to some hybrid form maybe?
