I'm finding Federico's advice more than helpful this case. I got a buch of projects on Behance and I found out most traffic source comes directly from there and by the 90% they're all international projects inquiries. So set up a strong portfolio on both Behance and Dribbble (here really high quality work) and you're good to go.
