Congrats on the new job! I made the switch from designer to product manager about 3 years ago, also into a startup. Since you're joining a startup, you'll probably be doing some design work along with your product responsibilities. I've really enjoyed the world of product.
If its possible, I would recommend that you attend one of Marty Cagan's workshops. It gave me some great tools and frameworks for understanding the role and job of a product manager.
Here are some book suggestions that have really helped me out in navigating product management:
This is great! I think my favorite thing about this is that while this just lists a bunch of software, I instantly think about the memories of using it. Nostalgia happens a lot for physical objects, but you don't get as many opportunities to experience that with digital products.
Great refresh! Design and content are both great. I really like the "visited" detail on the links under each job.

I am so excited about this!
Brilliant idea and hilarious disclaimer...

I think the backpack looks great. I've been wanting a slim, simple backpack for a while. But, guess I'll have to wait till the end of the year.
Great colors and typography. Good stuff!

Thanks for the great book! It really helped distinguish the difference between a roadmap and a project/release plan.
