I don't think it's incredibly unprofessional, just unprofessional. The line that got crossed is airing the dirty laundry, so to speak. But if I've done work, and the client won't pay, you can bet I'm going to withhold that work as collateral. In fact, my client services agreement even says so.

It would have been nice to see a substantially cheaper option than Gmail for Organizations, but this is priced almost identically.
