Reminds me a bit of HUGE. Nice redesign.
I'm not sure I like the offset look of the grid on the case studies page and the team page. At first I thought it was a rendering bug.
I have Photoshop CC on my iMac where I do most of my work but need something for my MacBook Pro.
I can't justify purchasing another license for Photoshop and will be downloading Affinity Photo tonight. Who knows maybe I'll stop using Photoshop altogether?

I tried CrazyEgg and HotJar and I chose HotJar. I feel you get a lot more for your money. The screen recording feature has proven invaluable. It was able to show me where some customers were stumbling with a sign up form. BTW, I had no problem creating an account.

The lack of capitals at the beginning of each sentence is distracting. It looks unprofessional and diminishes the value of what you are trying to say which is a shame. Your post has some great points but if you're going to write about copywriting, capitalize your sentences.
