There is no secret formula or easy way. You work hard and have good work you will get a job where you are happy. It's that simple.

Posted to Ask DN: Mocking up Animation, Jan 14, 2015 Pixate and Marvel are the ways to go for sure. Both have websites and apps where you can make animations for UI.
