First memory of a computer was a text editor on my dad's computer where you could make shapes using different characters that were designed to make outlines (i guess). Some monospace font-thing. This was likely around 1994-ish.
A few years later the battle among my friends was between Adobe Photoshop or PainShop Pro. Not sure which side I was on :)
That makes me so excited :) Looking forward to seeing more.
Is anything in your demos fake? I don't want to come across as a douche bag, I just don't want to build false expectations. This looks really really good!! I'm very much looking forward to trying this my self.
...anyone?
This is some awesome insight in how it works in a "real" company :)
Here's a little project that I put together a slow day at work.
Hope you like it :)
I would say it's all down to what kind of designer you are and want to be. If you're into user experience, information architecture or concept design the visuals of your website isn't as important as the content. But if you're more of a user interface or graphic designer the look and feel of your personal site is one of the thing selling you as a designer. If I see that it's basic Bootstrap without customization I might not get that impressed.
That said, starting from a design system and building on to it, customizing it to something neat and unique works for me. With a design system you can get a good base to start from.
Good luck!
Awesome.

I often turn my screens into components so that I can design for multiple screen sizes at the same time (working on mobile app targeting low-end-markets with small screens). Another use case is to illustrate an overlay on top of another screen.
With this update, all my screens will end up in the components section unless I make new copies for the sole purpose to export to Zeplin :(
Anyone else experiences this? Any ideas on how to improve my workflow?
