Cool work of concept, but man, most of those transitions incredibly obnoxious.
Tons of quality of life updates from PixelSnap 1. Def getting the upgrade.
"stunning", it looks nice, but I'm not stunned. A bit of an exaggeration for a browser's shell ui. ha
Uhhh... Should someone tell him? lol (Reddit search is notoriously terrible)
What's up with the huge custom scrollbar? Seems so tacky and oddly large.
I don't know why people are downvoting you, I saw this too. Seems like a problem that DN really needs to fix.
Any suggestions for people that are not overly political? I ended up unfollowing most designers on Twitter because all they would talk about is politics.
Off topic, but is there a site specifically that shows off these app UI designs over time like they have in the article? I absolutely love seeing the transition of UI over time like that. So neat.

Can someone explain this (very) subjective quote. Why is it "the best"

Marcin, this is great! I love Sidenote already, just started using it today, and already purchased a license.
I have an awesome suggestion that would make it even more powerful, and useful. Esp while you build out the iCloud sync part. Right now, in the preferences you can do "Data" and then "Open Data Folder" to see the info. It would be INCREDIBLE if you could change that location. So I could put my Sidenote data in a Dropbox folder, so then it would be accessible on other computers, and backed up as well. The same would apply for people to put that in like Google Drive folders, or other syncing software like that. Please consider this feature, it would be a HUGE addition to the app, allowing users to customize the location of that "Data folder."
Thank you!
