I actually started doing personal OKRs some time last year and I intend to continue. That way I can assign actual numbers to my goals and track them as year progresses. This year I have a bunch of things, including saving up some money to take a couple of months off and focus on my personal projects in 2018, shedding some more weight and writing more. I can highly recommend this.
Not to mention it totally looks like it's basically paying for something that's a glorified job board with the possibility of getting a project becoming lower and lower as their subscribers base grows.
Not like every marketing website in the world these days looks the same anyway, right?

As every other tool: depending what you're using it for. I've been not updating mine very frequently, true, but I'm getting a lot of jobs coming in through Behance. The issue might also be that since Adobe takeover they haven't really moved forward in any decent direction.
Anyone else with some cool apps & tools I should know about?
Not being able to easily select and grab groups is the dealbreaker. Got frustrated after five minutes of this thing selecting always the bottom layer of the group instead of the entire group.
Yeah, Ghost is weird, I kicked it up once it went down.

Loving how this person obviously hired a wrong person for the job and decided to generalize an entire community based on the fact they don't understand how to hire designers. They should go into politics.
