    I thought for "flow design" you meant user/task flows.

    If you are looking for an efficient UI layout tool, I haven't found an alternative to Antetype.

    Although it feels weird at first, Antetype's auto-layout feature and widgets (think symbols) makes it particularly strong for responsive web sites and more complex web apps.

    I think in a year or so, Sketch + plugins or Adobe XD will start to compete by introducing more robust fluid layout and constraint systems.
