Why?
If its 4k or 1080p doesnt matter, the setup and cables will be the same.
I run 3x 4k Screens from my 15" You can easily run two 4ks from the 13" by getting a dongle on amazon that has 3x usb, 1x charging port, 1x network port and 1x hdmi port. Connect that to one of your USBC ports and the other screen to the other one, plug in your charger into the dongle and the hdmi into the dongle then away you go.
Your non touch 2017 model simultaneously supports full native resolution on the built-in display at millions of colors and: 1x display with 5120-by-2880 (5k) 2x displays with 4096-by-2304 (4k) https://support.apple.com/kb/SP754?locale=en_GB
Its a good experiment, but as a B2B conversion tool to sell your "small but powerful" agency, its a major fail. Having ran a UK agency for many years and 7 years of freelance prior, id say stick to explaining what you do in a clear manor instead of experimenting.
Put it above the normal keyboard seems to work well for quickly hitting buttons.
Not a clue! But loads of wire framing today was really fast. But I can imagine detailed design with type might be slower but putting the keyboard above the normal keyboard/mouse seems to work well.
Wire framing is very fast. I’m rubbish at remembering short cuts so on a smaller keyboard it should be easier.
I’ll give it a try in the morning and let you know :)
They keys are single press no need to press cmd or alt etc for the short cut. In the setup app you can define keyboard shortcuts for each key

Have feedback?
The first problem is that, because you don’t work for or have worked with Rangers, you will never really get a full picture of their brand. Designing without any business constraints is unrealistic in our industry. Example the word Ready in the logo is the clubs moto dating back to 1959, you're suggesting it be removed.
The second problem is that none of this will ever get implemented. Your case study will look shiny as a portfolio piece, but no hiring manager will care about it, no client will see it as real world work, but you might miss the opportunity to make a real impact in the world.
If you're willing to spend the time redesigning something that doesn't need doing, why not volunteer your skills to a cause that could really benefit from them? a charity, a local struggling business just to name a few examples.
