Really depends on the type of work I'm doing but film scores work for me because they have no lyrics.

We tend to use a master UI kit on Dropbox and anyone who wants it, has the link.

We've also found that using symbols and shared text styles got messy when copying and pasting within multiple documents across team members so it's just the UI kit regularly updated by the visual designers and maintained. I guess it depends on the size of your team, etc...

Would love a better workflow though.
