I like to keep the 8/8/8 balance.
I am productive for 8 hours a day in a work/housework facility
I make my own time for 8 hours: breakfast, lunch, breaks, dinner, nighttime relaxation.
Then 8 hours (minimum) of sleep.
So my career might get 6 of the 8 productive hours a day. There is little value in myself giving more then that unless it is rewarded elsewhere in time or financial return.
Amazing tool!
Would be great to have HSL output as well as HEX.
Maybe extend the range sliders for amount/angle/saturation/lightness have editable inout fields to correct numbers.
Great content. Great type treatment. Would be good to remove the transitions, they don't help the reading experience and make the website feel really slow and sluggish.
Yes, and it's great! Accessibility standards are being adopted as digital design has matured to utilise them as an opportunity to reach the widest audience possible, instead of viewing them as a roadblock/constraint.
Better testing tools (Chrome a11y audit, pa11y etc.), along with clearer communication of WCAG etc. has made it easier for designer and developers to integrate accessibility into their workflows.
I am of the view that accessible digital design that prioritises universal design principles is the most effective way to ensure a product is useable/understandable by the most people., which is ultimately our primary objective right?!
Edgy. Scroll sucks. No real clear path or hierarchy. Large blocks of large copy with no context.
Not a fan of the visual design, althougn a subjective view it feels dated with odd combinations of colors and type.
Please remove smoothscroll.js
not a great user experience to mess with the user's scroll behaviour.
Agreed, performance is key. A custom designed loading indicator might be good visual fodder, but shows a lack of experience/understanding of the web as a platform.
