Very nice, though when are you adding pinning of locations? The search is pretty slow and a lot of the locations for which I'm searching aren't appearing as options (in Kampala, Uganda btw). Been trying to tap and hold on the map to no avail...

Would you see it upvoting articles, products, or both? I've been toying with this idea for a bit and I'm not sure both would work, as really what we want with devices is a way for actual users/ patients and medical professionals to have more say in the discussion, right?
