I'm not a blogger or a growth expert, but always assumed that you would write an article on your platform/site and then post on medium to try and direct traffic back to yourself.

Yes, this is why they are desperately trying to hack growth by trying to persuade users with idle invites to use them now or never.

Then extending the deadline when they don't hit their targets.

I believe in expanding horizons and hope to work within many different industries with design. Right nowI mainly do so through online courses or powering through books.

As design is so broad there is a constant compound effect at play where principles from e.g. Product Design are applicable elsewhere. I hope my approach will allow me find work by through curiosity and inspiration.

One concern with this approach is becoming a generalist and not building a vertical of expertise. I will have to look for unique overlaps or select themes to work on for an extended period of time.

Interface Design Trends though the majority of them are dribble shots.

Therefore they are not interface design or trends. Therefore they are superficial circle jerk initiation devices produced by one copy cat after another.

Reading the comments on Eli posts is my guilty pleasure, it's like a reality tv fix for designers.

An organic digest must really offer great insight into the genuine interests of an organisations employee's vs. the positioning by leadership.

You are welcome. I think it's important that the label and placeholder synergise and don't simply repeat.

I can see it especially adding value in the project description area if you added some guidelines to help you screen clients.

    Hey, Jonathan

Looking good, I would recommend taking a second look at your input fields. The labels makes the placeholder text redundant in my opinion.
