- 6.40 – Youngest waltzes in and asks for breakfast
- 6.50 – Shower, clothes, hair, get the kids doing what they should
- 8.00 – Bus to work
- 9.00 – Open MacBook, start work
- 9.15 – Coffee
- ~11.00 – Coffee
- 1.00 – Lunch, play FIFA
- 2.00 – Back to work
- 2.15 – Coffee
- ~3.30 – Coffee
- 5.30 – Close laptop, go home
- 5.45 – Bus home
- 6.45 – Wrangle up the youngest, put him in bed
- 7.30 – Read with daughter, put her in bed
- 7.45 – Dinner! Football if there's football on TV, if not watch something else with the girlfriend
- 9.30 – Personal work
- ~11.00–1.00 – Fall asleep/go to bed
