It would be disingenuous for me to say that revenue isn't an important metric, FanDuel is a business after all with staff to pay.
But that certainly doesn't mean we approach each challenge with a view of deception and malicious intent. Quite the contrary, FanDuel has some of the most intelligent and empathetic people I've ever had the pleasure of working with whose aim is to deliver the best possible experience and more than anything hit FanDuel's company mission of making sports more exciting.
There's some really great stuff being worked on by the team just now that I'm sure will really deliver on that promise.
Really? I loved it, seems pretty clear they're taking the piss while still delivering the intention of the app. Similar to the manual video (think it's the same guy...) https://youtu.be/1V802IclD-s. Different stokes for different folks I guess.
I've found when you use a blending mode anywhere in a document it enables subpixel antialiasing even if it's turned off.
FreeAgent and GoCardless.
They also released a free invoicing tool if you don't want to pay for the full FreeAgent (it's worth it though).
They've been A/B testing this in a bunch of sections for a while now. My wife had it for creating a post.
13" Retina here and I've never had any issues at all. I had a 15" Retina with a dedicated card before that and I've not noticed a major change.
Web design won't be dead but there's a very good chance your job will be vastly different to what it is just now. The industry is always moving forward and it's our responsibility to move forward with it.
Your dream job is what you make it. Get stuck in and have some fun.
Heads up, the entire page is repainting when you scroll which is resulting in it being incredibly choppy.

They rebuilt events a while back in the core app using React Native so I'm assuming there's a good chance: https://code.facebook.com/posts/895897210527114/dive-into-react-native-performance/.
Would love to know if it was the case. Would certainly match what they did with Groups.
