With my team (development team, not much designers), we have a dedicated projet on Gitlab with all our documentations in markdown parsed by Gitbook when updated and served as a gitlab page.
It also allow us to have much specific docs in project repositories, with the same workflow. It's easy to keep the doc up-to-date with the project and allow a vast majority of us to work with their daily tools.
No. Full Stack Designer can't mean anything.
So beautiful ! nice work.
I didn't have the time to see errors before you fixed it. Perfect \o/
French guy here, the whole site load instantly. Indeed I didn't have the time to see the loading animation. Nice layout and colors, maybe you can tweak a little font size and positioning to be readable in all scroll positions (example a bit confusing to me : http://grab.by/NIXm) ps: I'm on chrome 47, osx
Well if you think that you need a tutorial part in your site then you must change something. In my opinion, this type of tool is usefull for a big webbapp with complicated workflow, not for this kind of website (which just introduce services if i understood right ?). I use a 1920x1080 no retina screen, good luck for your mobile nav.
My bad, I do know the difference between this countries (Im not so far in France) but don't speak any of there langage.. sorry.
As a non-spanish speaker I can't say what the website is about in first time. But I'll make some comments ;)
Despite all of this, nice composition, great loading element. I liked your work.
Second glitch found. Well played ! It seems that the hover state is not called when the hovered element is translated under the mouse. Like a webkit error...

This government website probably have it in its spec at the beginning of the project, most of others website are bloated afterwards with it.
