Not much has changed for me but I totally get the gist. Many of my designer friends had to chase after freelance gigs to stay afloat. I already work remotely and thankfully my company wasn't affected too much.

Nice roundup but I was expecting it to be centered around traditional american tattoos as traditional tattoos refers to that usually. Not different ethnic tattoo styles. And the author doesn't even like Traditional Tattoos... But I like the small bits of information spread between each section.

In a setting that honesty is actually rewarded (which is almost no company), self-reflection might work. But I don't think it's realistic to assume that it should be practiced in every setting. I %100 agree with self-reflection is a nightmare. First of all, if I were aware of what points I'm lacking, I'd improve them. That's not my job, that should be the HR or manager's job.

P.S.: If this comment seems aggressive to anyone, I reckon the only platform you visit is DN and PH probably. Contradicting opinions are not being aggressive. Take the comments of the OP as a great example about how "not" to react to criticism or feedback.

Don't think so. It depends on the social circle imho. Surrounded by developers, tech-savvy people: dark mode. Not surrounded by people above: usually light mode. It also depends on how well it is done. It's great on many platforms but it's terrible when done through 3rd party dark mode converters. Also it sucks on WhatsApp. How did the team fail when they did Instagram so well is beyond me.
