My first idea was to create it with Semplice but it feels overkill. Got any ideas for services on internet that can help me out?
Webflow is great. The more you get into it - the more you realize how powerful it is. It's a slight learning curve though, but I guess any new tool is.
If you are a Sketch user go and use our https://sketch2react.io/ framework it runs Bootstrap 4 in the background and you set everything up inside of Sketch. Join our alpha, it’s currently free.

Use Unbounce. There's no learning curve and it's so quick to get something out
Try HTML and CSS3
Definitely recommend Webflow. If you're looking for a more visual tool that produces solid code, that'll probably be your best bet. Especially true if you're looking to do a lot of motion or interaction-heavy stuff. Webflow's Interactions feature makes it really easy https://webflow.com/interactions-animations

With Webflow you are going to spend a lot of time, I suggest https://tilda.cc – easy and nice, it's also flexible so you can grow a landing page into a website
