Before Dribble Hiring launched back at the end of June, I would see at least a few inquiries come in each week. Since they announced they would be charging for the service; nothing. I'm just wondering if it is something others have noticed too, or if it's just a coincidence? I have poked around on search designer by location and you can no longer search by skill. Also it seems like the algorithm for sequentially placing designers is a bit skewed too. Their is no rhyme or reason to how high up the list you are. Any insight into how to increase ranking (aside from follower count since their are people higher up the list with 50 followers) would be helpful. thanks in advance
