Very nice! Will be using this.
Does this only work in Chrome?
I don't see why, it uses CSS filter: blur(20px) which has decent support aside from IE (of course): https://caniuse.com/#feat=css-filters
Supported by chrome, firefox and Opera. I can't try in Safari at the moment and does not work on IE and Edge. (i've just update readme for a partial Edge support, but work only for Edge 17+ and display a bug on Edge 16-)
Works in Safari as well... it was an issue with my code :/
Works in Safari for me as well. :)
Very cool effect!
