Too much going on with that design. Don't know where to look or what to read.
wow, you weren't kidding. at first I was like "it's not that bad" but then the page finished loading...
I'm not sure what is happening with their design language, but it is a mess on almost all their pages.
From the way they advertised it I thought it was going to be more than this.
Design by committee if ever I saw it.
I thought the faux chat window that follows you throughout was semi distracting ... and then the REAL intercom chat window popped up over the fake one. So many things to try to focus on. Oh, and not a fan of that new style permeating through companies now (dropbox et al). They aren't really convincing me that their little widget isn't going to be a nice, seamless component to add to my website. In fact, it feels like I'm letting them take over any site I put them on.
I think that this is very similar to the design of a Facebook messenger. This messenger has at least some kind of security? Now he does not inspire confidence in me. If you could copy the look of another messenger, can you decide to copy my correspondence?
Soon enough you'll visit a companies website and their whole website will just be built from Intercom widgets.
Few copies doesn't look like a link.
