Hello Caroline,
Would be great to get a follow up on your writings. Any way I can get access to it once you’ve completed it? I would also like to connect regarding your research.

Done :)
Hi Daniel, thanks for your feedback and for answering the questionnaire! Yeah I understand, basically that is so I can measure the realiability when I evaluate the results. So for example if someone clicks that he is very satisfied with his solution, but then clicks that he finds his solution frustrating it means that the results are not reliable. And I have to show that the answers are reliable, and not random. I hope that makes sense :) Mhm for the double answering, you are right, probably would have been better to put a filter asking whether someone uses the same solution for sharing. Sorry for that
Hi George, the first part is about storing files and the second part is about sharing. Or what do you mean by repetitively?
Heya Caroline.
Let me talk about this questionnaire.
For me, the first two and somewhat the third is very similar questions. Which I have the same answer. And the last two is again same. And to be honest, if some app frustrates me, I'd stop using it. Even if it was a corporate mandatory app thing. Why would I torture me with such annoying thing lol.
Anyway, my humble suggestion would be to make the whole survey shorter, simpler and straightforward. If I was creating this survey, for the part I've posted would be just 1 question with 4 answers.
Do you like your cloud sharing app? Yep / Kinda / Not that much / I don't like it
Hoping for you to get an A+ from your project :) If you decide to update your survey, don't hesitate to post it again on here! Also, you might want to consider Reddit too. There was a dedicated sub for ppl who likes to fill surveys :D
Are you aware that you're asking the same stuff repetitively?
I use the same solution for storing and sharing, so had to answer all the same questions again. Also, the questions are very similar, like George I felt like you were asking the same thing only worded differently. eg. Using my storage solution is frustrating is very similar to My storage solution annoys me
Framing the same question in different ways might affect responses. Sometimes survey writers will reword questions to see if all respondents interpret the question the same way.
Well, that's very true but that's a technique mostly done in psychological researches. We're talking about cloud storages lol.
User testings should be simple and straightforward. Because there's a chance that non (but potential) users might involve in the research as well. Having different opinions from the same user creates unreliability on the research. I know this doesn't sound humanistic enough on 'design thinking' terms. Because this kind of attitude leads teams to overthink and overdesigning. Which is equally bad with poor design.
These are my opinions though, everybody has a different technique and methods :)
