I know all the reasons I should criticize this design, but I can't help but love it.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the sounds triggered on hovering menu and image elements that matches nicely with the background music (which I usually hate, but again for some reason don't mind here). It is something you rarely see added to websites but is often praised in native apps when done well.

There are some typography issues though. The next image buttons are TINY and a lot of the text doesn't render as nicely on lower resolution density screens.

Really interesting how the menu is handled. It's a recognisable fixed element on the page, except the position, the content all change to reflect the current state. Well done.

This is a really cool, forward-feeling site; not sure I agree with the criticism in this thread. Thanks for posting! Refreshing to see something other than the typical ecommerce template used.

At first I thought this was another April Fools joke... then I realized it's the 2nd of April :(

-The kerning in the wordmark is atrocious - Random space photo and video of moon (?) before any of the women's products?

Curious to hear the reasoning behind some design decisions with this site...

I think the design is very creative and the transitions are natural and cool, but the homepage particularly feels very form over function which could be easily addressed by being less random, I would default to either the Mens or Womens cat as the homepage, that way at least the user can navigate easily to the sub category they want to and hopefully funnel through to the checkout quicker. Otherwise a selection of the most popular products on the homepage with the full navigation available would also work.

Kill the sound even when I click what looks to be the mute icon it carries on playing music :(

Cool site though, especially cool for an eCommerce site!
