Just when I thought I couldn't love Webflow more... :)
Was this site made with Webflow?
I'm sure it was. It's all pretty much standard IX2.0 stuff.
Pretty cool that this is considered "standard" now.
yeah it says it was. Everything except the header animation was made in webflow.
Not a great advert tbh, scrolling performance is incredibly choppy.
EDIT: Seems to be a Chrome thing, Safari is nice and smooth.
Working fine for me on Mac Chrome 65
Working well & runs pretty smooth for me on Mac Chrome 96. https://juan-forces-initial-project.webflow.io/

well my chrome runs it pretty smooth. maybe it's a plugin causing that chop you mention.
I'm also getting this.
Hey! Sorry you're experiencing that. (I made the site) Having some performance setbacks with retina screens set to a "more space" setting while using Chrome.
This is on a 4k Dell with a "more text" setting fyi
"This site was built entirely with Webflow — minus most of the hero introduction, which we built in After Effects and integrated on the page using Lottie. We wrote custom code to sync the Lottie playback with the Webflow IX2 animations in the hero, and uploaded the Lottie animation via a feature we’re testing internally to upload files (JS, SVG, etc) to Webflow sites."
Curious to the pricing for this.
I wonder if it will be rolled with with their base CMS plan or a new plan...
This is pretty fucking rad. The're doing what dreamweaver wanted to do in 2002. Really smooth.
No more coding?
Thank you. It was helpful to read! I also showed this to the team at https://mediaonemarketing.com.sg/ecommerce-web-development-company-singapore/ who are currently doing an online project for me. I think it will be useful to include in my project
