I wish for more diversity for fuck sake. Different opinions from different industries other than tech within the bay area.
While I completely agree with the sentiment, I haven't seen any signs of change in the industry that prove this will happen in the near future.
Design is evolving into so much more than attaching screens together based on visual appeal and intuition. I hope you're right in that those involved with making design decisions learn to seek advice and work with experts in fields related to their projects.
A lot seemed more like wants than predictions
The ones that will actually make a difference to the design world will not be influenced or care about trends.
I wish this was formatted in a different way, like a collection of common thoughts rather than a series of people repeating the same points, like design systems, collaboration, or accessibility.

how about some actual insight and pragmatism. We shouldn't pretend to always reinvent the wheel when we are actually just copying trends. Please, just for our own sanity's sake.
