    It's a shame this guy didn't give it a real go - I think the idea has merit.

    Something he may have tried was integrating his app with the more popular HR tools out there that offer app marketplaces (like Salesforce). Probably would be an easier sell convincing someone to add on to an app they're already invested in.

      I actually think it was a great idea. He should have tried at least. But at the same time, I agree that is impossible to educate your users. And this is really curious, because ABBY (https://failory.com/interview/abby) suffered the same issue.

      The strategy you mention could have been a great way to promote Team Voice. But I don't know how easy can be to reach such big marketplaces, being so new in the market. I think they would have just ignored Kirill.

    I'm not sure this is a good Failory, they quit before they even really started.

      Yes, that's true. Maybe he should have tried. But at least, he learned many things which he is now applying to make his new startup a success.
