Funny how the blog is called 'really good ux', yet the home page is just a terrible mess.

I've seen all the posts you've made thus far on Designer News and they have little to do with good user experience. Observations on how others are successfully incorporate UX into their process is valuable and how we learn, but these posts are far from that.
