    Those top skills tags on the homepage should click through to jobs that need those skills.

    There also doesn't seem to be a clear way to browse all the jobs on the site (without signing up?)

    Like the overall look and feel, the structure feels a lot like a site I built several years ago called "Company, Meet Creative" which had a similar "split" view of jobs + people.

    Hope yours does well, I thought it was a more personal style that was missing at the time but never had time to maintain and develop!

      Thanks James for the feedback. Some good points. We're going to bring in courses at some point to help people upskill and gain better salaries. We're a long way off yet but getting there slowly.
