if you know that you create the same thing every time similar in your design (button, slider, structure ...) change the way you look on your design and find other ways to build your interfaces. Design has it's own characteristics. I never would say that there is a "peak", that's too simple for my opinion. Example
Articles like this always gets into Wordpress themes and SquareSpace, and if your design business revolved around making Wordpress sites for small businesses, well then yeah, you might be screwed. Sites like those are a segment of the market, and does not represent "design" as a whole. Apple or Facebook isn't going around running everything on templates and UI kits.
