I read about this the other day. Absolutely amazing use of chat UI and put to a really good cause too.

This is so awesome. Even though the parking tickets bot is not the focus of the article, I still think there is room for things like that in society. Wouldn't it be great to have these bots helping people with menial tasks like real estate conflicts, or small claims matters.. There are a lot of issues that aren't big enough for many lawyers to take on, but still significant enough to impact peoples lives. It would be cool to see this idea spread to different everyday topics.

Of course, the fact that it's helping refugees is massive.
