What kind of dependencies you install when you run gulp? or grunt?

What kind of SASS/LESS grid? BrowserSync and what more?

Do you use a boilerplate? A framework?

I've been having this question a lot because I actually spend more time than I should figuring out what to use, specially the grid system. I'm used to build all the custom components but I prefer to depend on a well built grid.
