Have anyone actually tried this pseudowacom ? (parblo.com)

A lot of negative reviews on Amazon. I am not sure what kind of person would buy this. If you're just a hobby illustrator, the Wacom Intuos is a great choice. And as a professional, I can't imagine anyone using anything other than the Intuos Pro/Cintiq (might change with Surface Studio).

  I've been working with wacom a long time, but i'm not very happy with the result of my last intuos so i was doing some research on other options. I'm considering ipad pro and surface as alternatives too

There are better alternatives. Try xpen. They do cintiqs like this: https://www.amazon.com/Artist22-22-Inch-Display-Graphic-Adjustable/dp/B015FP25V6 for affordable prices.
