Am I the only one who reads the domain as "bind"?

Like the simplicity, and absence of useless visual elements. Everything seems to be essential, and communicating in a bare-bones manner.

I think I'd expect to see a tiny bit more visual entertainment/engagement in there. Perhaps a little more colour. This is subjective and I'm not a pro designer so please don't take badly :)

Not sure about the proxima-nova/Helvetica font under "What's happening". And variable width black boxes over the /work tiles. Feels like a touch more polish is needed there.

Reminds of the new http://new.ideo.com in some ways, which I also like.
