So developers should learn to design?
But really, this looks cool. Will definitely speed things up and let developers focus on the more complex interactions and what the app actually does without having to spend time on the layout and animation.
Hi Tyler,
You're right, developers has a lot of work on the whole app logic, performance, and much more.
Anima is targeted for designers, so designers will own UI. That way, the designer's vision wouldn't have to go through the development bottle neck, competing against other development tasks.
So yeah - a lot of time spent on communication is saved, and according to our vision developers don't have to learn to design. But if they want to, that's awesome.
The app looks great! the garage band loops and iMovie text were pretty hilarious though (I haven't heard those loops in years).
But still the app looks great!
