Congrats on the new and improved Briefbox Joel. It's been fun seeing it progress from the small e-book to a full fledged web experience - looks as fun and useful as ever.

Thanks so much Kieran, it's been a long journey to get here, but was worth every minute!! Hope all is well with you and the designer news team! Joel

Really great idea, especially for full-time designers who are stuck in a creative rut! (speaking for a friend, of course...)

I am sorry but I just don't understand the design. This yellowish burns my eyes, the site has poor contrast. Too many objects, chaotic IA. Sorry, I don't like it. I don't understand the point of the site : (

Milo, I don't get how you don't understand the point of the site? It says it right in the header!

This is really awesome - great job Joel. Product releases on designer news feel a lot more social/vocal than the likes of Product Hunt etc.
