"Never lose client[s]", or "Never lose [a] client". I know it seems petty but it was the first thing I noticed.
Fixing it! Thanks!
There are also a couple of errors in this screenshot ("Reaserch" and "Frist" and "Coffe")
Thanks! A lot of bugs pops out, i miss them when i focus on building.
Looks clean and intriguing! The only thing I would change is "Useful features coming soon" – it's sounds like "Guys, there's nothing useful here right now". Anyways, great job!
Hah. Ok will think about that! Thanks. Anyway - i should get a copywriter.
This is beautiful - I singed up for the beta. Was curious if this project is built by InVision? - Many of the UI elements look feel and functionality are identical or very similar. (i.e. groups, etc) Or is it just a case of great minds thinking alike?
Hi! I used similar managing concept as they - as i am designer a like how visually it works. But currently i am considering to compress them a little smaller, users with a lot of contacts are not enjoying the whitespace. Will figure something.
Great job mind sharing what your back-end process was like? I'm working on an analytics tools with a React-Redux front end at the moment...it looks like you've a highly relational data model, would really like to hear what direction you went in with the DB/ORM layer :)
Looks really nice, congrats with the launch! Kind of interesting because I'm working with a friend on a time tracker, and we're launching by the end of this month probably.
I'm interested to learn what your process was like to take the project from start to finish. Maybe we can share some thoughts? I'm @falkoj on Twitter.
See your also using React, how did you like it? :)
Hi! Thanks for your comment. It is pretty hard to put something out, this is the first of a lot of my projects that makes this far. For me the hardest part is to keep motivated for longer periods of time if there is no compensation in short term. But as i am getting a lot of good feedback it keeps me running.
I would recommend to get outside as fast as possible and get feedback from strangers. It helped me a lot.
Also i am very lucky with developer i am working with - he is beast and he loves react.
Just build what you like and what you think is useful for you! Best of luck with your project!
Design wise, it looks really nice. This is something I could really use if the details are right.
I signed up and had a look around. A few thoughts:
Logic was a bit confusing.
I created a Group, added a Contact to that group and tried to create my first Project. The Group I created did not appear in the Project dropdown.
The logic of Groups seems a bit confusing. They seem to pop up on every screen.
On pricing, I would bake in more flexibility to do value pricing. Right now everything is just hourly.
Good luck with this project. I hope it takes off.
Hi! Yes will think about that, currently you can have different groups for projects and different groups for clients. Will think about how to make it more clear and less confusing.
Thanks for the feedback!
Very interesting! signed up for beta, I am eagerly awaiting future updates! looks pretty great to me!
Thanks! I really appreciate! Let me know if you have some suggestions!
