Not seeing it. Possible they're A/B testing but all the other comments here seem to say they don't see it either, OP is the only one who sees it.

This looks like a sham. Someone fiddled with his DevTools.
Facebook wouldn't remove the gradient from the toolbar but still use the same icons (with gradients). They're too good about design to show such slip-ups.
