1 Password
secretly hopes OP doesn't assume we all literally use only 1 password
1 Password and the reason is because have 0 faith in any website to secure my password. I would rather give every site a random string of garbage that I can easily pull up on the computers I use as opposed to trying to remember different pass phrases for each site.
I probably would have used Dashlane if it was available at the time since they have a few features that 1PW doesn't have yet, but I've already spent so much time in 1PW, it will take too much time to switch.
Every site I go to I use a different password, and I use an algorithmic process specific to the site itself to mentally generate a new password. This ensures that I don't necessarily have to remember passwords, and can rely on figuring them out when I revisit each site.
I do the exact same thing. It works well, though I've had site names that give the formula trouble and then use a common fallback.
Rain Man?
Haha! Not really, though :P Like I said, I'm not actually memorizing things. I'm just using certain rules of perception to make login credentials, and keeping those rules consistent across all areas.
Post-it notes
Dashlane
Dashlane FTW.
Not only does it have 1-click password changes and alerts when there are possible breeches, but it makes sharing credentials between family and friends dead simple without exposing the actual password to the other party.
I use LastPass, which has worked pretty well for me both as a browser extension and a mobile app (particularly on my Nexus 9 tablet, which can autofill details across apps, less well on my iPhone)
In my head.
dashlane
1Password
Mainly 1Password here too... I end up using iCloud Keychain as well, but 1Password is much better as a catchall (passwords, accounts details, etc).
Just a bunch of shitty passwords I memorized. I know... it's not secure. Sue me.
Dashlane has changed my life. I wish I could go back in time and convince myself to use it earlier.
Dashlane could hardly have been a better investment if it delivered free tacos.
Does no one else on Dashlane have massive memory leak problems? It gets up to over 3gb in memory at times, serious pain in the ass. I love the product too much to bin in, but the memory problem really sucks
Even started running an automated script to kill the process constantly..only way I can see to fix it
Here's the script FWIW
on idle tell application "System Events" set ProcessList to name of every process if "DashlanePluginService" is in ProcessList then set ThePID to unix id of process "DashlanePluginService" do shell script "kill -KILL " & ThePID end if end tell return 10 end idle
Chrome Sync + Keychain
1Password
I prefer LastPass, even though the design is not as good as 1Password, it is faster both on my phone and in the browser.
I use Last Pass and I absolutely love it. Way cheaper than 1Password and you don't have to pay for each new software upgrade.
I'm only one? KeyPass.
Whew. I thought I was the only one too!
memory ;(
1Password for existing passwords. I'm pretty adamant about creating any new passwords

single sign on, be it facebook, twitter or sms verify is how I am looking to manage my passwords from now on
1password
1 Password
Lastpass
I put initial from my unforgettable sentence, and add an initial of the application after that. I believe this is the easiest way to make different password for each application.
1password and me superbrains
i have a method for generating new passwords which is based on the site itself and the time of my registration on the site. Once I know when I first registered I can work out what password I used on the initial sign in. I then keep a spreadsheet with each new sign just in case I accidentally delete any of the emails. So far so good.
1Password in combo with iCloud Keychain.
Last Pass is incredible! Free on the desktop. $12/year for premium. They were recently bought by LogMeIn and they have been revamping the design across all platforms.
1Password for everything:
Echoing most people: 1Password
1 More for 1Password. Ive used almost every app for password management but 1pass is my favorite by far.
