Ability to Edit and Duplicate transitions in the transition list is making a big difference in my workflow already! Working on a prototype with 125 screens means lots of transitions!

Also looking forward to duplicating default transitions like "Fade" in order to get a nice foundation to start my own custom transitions.

This will be nice. Flinto is a good prototyping tool although there are definitly some rough edges to the experience.
