The final product looks good but the process isn't very clear.
You went from mood boarding straight to illustrator design. No concept exploration, no pencil sketching and very little type exploration. It is almost as you were already 100% set on the "pacman font" and just threw in some extra variations for fun.

Eh, I don't think the final logo is all that great. Not saying I would have done anything better, just that it could be better
