Will they have ads? Is the monetization of this product the fact that people have an excuse to be on facebook more time trough the day?

  Odd that they used it, seems to be working for then. Except WordPress seems to insist on the admin bar be on every site that is on wordpress.com, unless you log out.

Wouldn't be impressed if I worked somewhere and they suddenly told me I had to get a Facebook account to communicate with my team.
Probably cause me to start sending CVs out actually.
