I have one and love it. I ended up getting the Stainless/Black model and an extra Brown/Stainless strap for it.
Stainless/Brown is my daily wear.

Which colour did you get? I'm looking at the Rose gold but I'm afraid the colour might look different in real life. Also $280 in USD converts $390 in AUD. The Australian dollar is currently pretty bad.

Strangely enough, I owned one until last night when someone stole it from me on a CunninLynguists concert. Loved the watch. Could not recommend it enough. When I bought it a year ago it came with a leather straps that made orange marks on your skin, but they changed their manufacturer and are much better now.
Buy it, you'll love it.
Oh that's terrible! I wish I could buy one for both of us. Yeah I heard they switched from the Spanish straps to a German manufacturer which must be better quality. Also, what version of the watch did you own?
