I always enjoy looking at these, I think perhaps in part because it's like a window into what UI design could theoretically be like if every single user was an advanced superhuman who never suffered from information overload and never got confused about the system they're operating.
It looks like the same company did screen UI design in Avengers: Age of Ultron, which is very pretty there too.
One of my favorites (in no small part due to the music) is David Lewandowski's work on Oblivion.

  The oblivion work looks and feels much better IMO, this work (The Martian) is complex but not as aesthetically unique or well thought out.

It looks a loot like Gmunk's work on Oblivion, but it doesn't feel as well executed. Still nice though.
