Will the San Francisco font be available in 3rd party apps?

Sorry if this has been asked before...

Does anyone know if San Francisco will be available in 3rd party apps like Sketch? Or is it limited to use as a system font for now?

    IMPORTANT NOTE: THE APPLE SAN FRANCISCO FONT IS TO BE USED SOLELY FOR CREATING MOCK-UPS OF USER INTERFACES TO BE USED IN SOFTWARE PRODUCTS RUNNING ON APPLE’S iOS OR OS X OPERATING SYSTEMS, AS APPLICABLE.
