Thanks for posting, seems to be a great initiative to share ideas, and spread inspiration to the whole world :)

When I saw that Disqus had opened up the ability to create your own channel, I immediately knew how I wanted to use it. I usually post links to those kinds of videos on DN, but they often get drowned out. Please contribute your own favorite conference talks.
