I currently have Picons thin (https://picons.me/#thin) and it's a great set that I use all the time but I want another comprehensive set to diversify my collection.
The huge collection over at https://roundicons.com is currently on my shortlist.
Please post your favourites so hopefully I can find another good set to buy.
Currently my go to icon set is Ionicons (http://ionicons.com/)

Lately I solely use the mac app from The Noun Project instead of icon packs: https://thenounproject.com/for-mac/
It has icons for basically every topic you may need, there are even icons packs (although not in the app, but on the website) and they are easy to import into Sketch (just drag 'em there).
I have been using the noun project and icon finder a lot more than any actual packs lately but I do still come back to my trusted packs:
Glyphish,Elite Pro, and Smashicons.
If you're on a mac, you should also have a look at Icon Jar. Aside from not being able to import from existing single AI files, it looks like a great solution.
Feather is a pretty lovely set.
Not a huge amount of variety, but I just tend to make what's not included, nice and easy style to mimic.
